รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สัญญาศรณ์ สวัสดิ์ไธสง
นักวิชาการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิด้านรัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารงานท้องถิ่น ความโปร่งใส ภาวะผู้นำเชิงจริยธรรม และการพัฒนาชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปรัชญาดุษฎีบัณฑิต สาขารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ จากมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม และมีคุณวุฒิขั้นสูงด้านการพัฒนาสังคม การบริหารการปกครองท้องถิ่น และภาษาอังกฤษ มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยยาวนานกว่า 20 ปี โดยมุ่งเน้นการสร้างนวัตกรรมการบริหาร ธรรมาภิบาล การประเมินคุณธรรมและความโปร่งใส การบริหารแบบมีส่วนร่วม และการพัฒนารูปแบบเศรษฐกิจเพิ่มมูลค่าสำหรับวิสาหกิจชุมชน โดยเฉพาะในพื้นที่ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือของประเทศไทย
ดำรงตำแหน่งอาจารย์และผู้บริหารหลักสูตรระดับปริญญาตรี โท และเอก สาขารัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏสกลนคร และเป็นบรรณาธิการวารสาร Journal of Management Science, SNRU มีผลงานวิจัยตีพิมพ์อย่างต่อเนื่องในวารสารระดับนานาชาติที่อยู่ในฐานข้อมูล Scopus ครอบคลุมหัวข้อ อาทิ แบบจำลองความโปร่งใสขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น กลยุทธ์ธุรกิจสมุนไพรอย่างยั่งยืน และสมรรถนะพลวัตของวิสาหกิจชุมชน ดร.สัญญาศรณ์ได้รับการยอมรับในฐานะผู้ผสานความเข้มแข็งทางวิชาการกับข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบายเชิงปฏิบัติ เพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพภาครัฐ การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจชนบท และนวัตกรรมที่ขับเคลื่อนโดยชุมชน
Associate Professor Dr. Sanyasorn Swasthaisong
An accomplished scholar in Public Administration with extensive expertise in local governance, transparency, ethical leadership, and sustainable community development. With a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Sripatum University, Thailand and advanced degrees in social development, local government administration, and English, Dr. S. Swasthaisong has over two decades of academic and research experience. His work focuses on governance innovation, integrity assessment, participatory administration, and value-added economic models for community enterprises, particularly in Thailand’s Northeastern region.
He has served as a faculty member and program director at undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral levels in Public Administration at Sakon Nakhon Rajabhat University, and as Editor of the Journal of Management Science, SNRU. His prolific research output includes publications in Scopus-indexed journals on topics such as transparency models for local government organizations, sustainable herbal business strategies, and dynamic capabilities in community enterprises. Dr. S. Swasthaisong is recognized for integrating academic rigor with practical policy recommendations, contributing to both national and international discourse on public sector effectiveness, rural economic development, and community-based innovation.
